Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Users: Users may cancel orders within a limited time window, as indicated in the app, before the food merchant begins preparing the order.

2. Order Cancellation by Merchants: Food merchants may cancel orders due to unavailability or other reasons. Users will be notified and refunded accordingly.

3. Refunds for Cancellations: Eligible cancellations are refunded within 5-10 business days.
